le terrain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Niger a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la pr\u00e9paration du 5\u00e8me Recensement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Population et de l\u2019Habitat (5\u00e8me RGPH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du 15 octobre au 5 novembre 2025, \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc01\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d (\ud835\udc01\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc11) a officiellement install\u00e9 les Comit\u00e9s R\u00e9gionaux de Recensement (CRR) dans l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9gions, marquant ainsi, un tournant d\u00e9cisif dans l\u2019organisation de cette op\u00e9ration nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois \u00e9quipes du BCR ont ainsi sillonn\u00e9 le pays suivant trois grands axes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans chaque r\u00e9gion, la mission a commenc\u00e9 par l\u2019installation officielle du Comit\u00e9 R\u00e9gional de Recensement, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Gouverneur, suivie le lendemain, de la premi\u00e8re session du Comit\u00e9, dirig\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Gouvernorat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces rencontres ont constitu\u00e9 une occasion de mobiliser les acteurs locaux, de renforcer la sensibilisation et de souligner le r\u00f4le essentiel du recensement dans le d\u00e9veloppement national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les comit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux, \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e, class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leur r\u00f4le est d\u2019assurer une coordination efficace et une participation active des communaut\u00e9s. Au-del\u00e0 de la mobilisation, les r\u00e9unions ont offert un espace d\u2019\u00e9changes pour identifier les d\u00e9fis op\u00e9rationnels et s\u00e9curitaires li\u00e9s au bon d\u00e9roulement du recensement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif est de garantir un 5\u00e8me RGPH rigoureux, men\u00e9 dans des conditions optimales et capable de produire des donn\u00e9es fiables pour orienter les politiques publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l\u2019issue de ces missions, le BCR a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 conduire un recensement inclusif et participatif, rappelant que la r\u00e9ussite de cette op\u00e9ration nationale d\u00e9pend de la mobilisation de tous et constitue une \u00e9tape cruciale pour le d\u00e9veloppement
